Teles was a mermaid from Greek mythology nicknamed the Perfect. What better emblem for our immersed wines.
The richness of the land combined with the power of the sea create a unique alchemy to the aging of our cuvées .
Passionate winegrowers, we have been experimenting with aging in a marine environment for a few years.
Our underwater cellar is located at the tip of Verdun Sur Mer, not far from the Cordouan lighthouse, caught between the waves of the Atlantic Ocean and the Gironde estuary.
Immersed at a depth of 10 meters, a constant temperature of 12 degrees and an average salinity of 35.5 PSU, our bottles are refined by the currents in total darkness. A unique natural environment for atypical cuvées.
Aging in a marine environment can surprise, after several years of tests and experimentation, we have observed the positive effects brought to our bottles.
The depth, the duration of immersion and the various types of closures as well as the assembly of the wine give unexpected results
The underwater environment brings an early harmonization to our cuvées, more roundness and refinement on the palate accompanied by a complexity with iodized notes .

The White
Sauvignon, Sémillon, Muscadelle
Télés cuvée is of great quality, the balance combines with fresh fruit and its velvety. Maturity is supported by saline notes.
The Red
Merlot, Cabernet, Sauvignon
Télés cuvée expresses a deep nose of black fruits which invites you to taste an ample mouth and balanced aromas supported by saline notes.
Champagne
Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay
Champagne, Réserve Télés expresses the quintessence of its terroir and its unique aging. A fine bubbles revealing a suave, fruity and sweet palate.
