Aging in a marine environment may come as a surprise; after several years of trials and experimentation, we have observed the positive effects brought to our bottles. The depth, duration of immersion, various types of closures, as well as the wine blend yield unexpected results.
The underwater environment brings early harmonization to our cuvées, more roundness and refinement on the palate accompanied by complexity with iodine notes.
